Client Declaration

I, the client engaging MPDS India, hereby declare and confirm the following:

1. All documents and information I submit to MPDS India are genuine, valid and legally obtained.
2. I understand that MPDS India is an independent documentation assistance platform and is not affiliated with any government authority or council.
3. I understand that MPDS India does not, and cannot, guarantee approval, registration, renewal, transfer or any fixed timeline.
4. I understand that final approval rests solely with the concerned Government Authority.
5. I will personally appear before the concerned authority where physical appearance, biometric verification, signature verification or original document verification is required.
6. MPDS India shall not be responsible for any rejection, cancellation, delay, legal action or criminal proceedings arising from documents I have submitted.
7. I have read and accepted the Legal Consent Agreement, Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy and Disclaimer published on the MPDS India website.

Engagement of MPDS India for any service is treated as electronic acceptance of this declaration.
