Refund & Cancellation Policy

MPDS India provides professional documentation, filing and consultation assistance. The following applies to all engagements:

Non-refundable once work begins

Professional service charges become non-refundable once documentation work, application drafting, review or filing has commenced.

Government fees are non-refundable

Any fee paid directly or indirectly to a Government Authority, council, tax authority or licensing body is non-refundable and is governed entirely by that authority's own rules.

Council / authority delays

Delays caused by the concerned Government Authority are outside MPDS India's control and do not qualify for a refund.

Rejection does not qualify for refund

Rejection of an application by the concerned authority does not automatically qualify the client for a refund. MPDS India provides documentation and filing assistance only — the outcome rests solely with the concerned authority.

Requesting a refund

Refund requests must be submitted in writing on WhatsApp to our official number, quoting your enquiry reference. We aim to respond to all refund queries within 7 business days.
