Required Client Acknowledgements

1. I understand that MPDS India is an independent documentation assistance platform.
2. I understand that final approval is solely decided by the respective Government Authority.
3. I understand that MPDS India cannot guarantee approval, registration, renewal, transfer or any fixed timeline.
4. I understand that if the Government Authority requires my physical appearance, biometric verification, signature verification, original document verification or council visit, I must personally visit.
5. I understand that MPDS India cannot visit any Government Council in place of me wherever my physical presence is legally required.
6. I declare that all documents submitted by me will be genuine, valid and legally obtained.
7. I understand that submission of forged, fabricated or fake documents may result in rejection, cancellation, legal action or criminal proceedings and MPDS India shall not be responsible.
