By engaging MPDS India for any documentation, filing, consultation or follow-up assistance, you agree to the terms below.

Scope of Services

MPDS India provides only documentation assistance, application filing assistance, registration guidance, renewal guidance, registration transfer assistance, professional consultation and follow-up assistance. We do not represent, replace or influence any Government Authority or council.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and genuine, valid, legally obtained documents. Submission of forged, fabricated or fake documents may result in rejection, cancellation, legal action or criminal proceedings, and MPDS India shall not be responsible.

Personal Appearance

Where the concerned authority requires your physical appearance, biometric verification, signature verification, original document verification or council visit, you must personally attend. MPDS India cannot appear or represent you where physical presence is legally required.

No Guarantee

MPDS India does not guarantee approval, registration, renewal, transfer, refund or any fixed timeline. Final decisions rest solely with the concerned Government Authority.

Fees

Service fees are agreed in writing (or on WhatsApp) at the start of engagement. Government fees are separate and paid directly to the concerned authority.

Limitation of Liability

MPDS India is not liable for delays, rejections, cancellations or decisions taken by any council, authority or third party. Our liability is limited strictly to the professional service fee paid for the specific engagement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our principal place of business.
